Maintenance Services
Emergency contracts

A contract requires an SLA - 'Service Level Agreement' which has to be defined by Weald for the client and forms the basis of the contractual agreement. A typical 4 hour contract might say: At the point of calling helpdesk, if helpdesk are unable to get the server to respond remotely and by carrying out simple instructions the client is unable to get the server to a live situation, then an engineer must attend site within 4 hours. more
